Delete your account and data
App: SabjiHisab (com.sabjihisab.app)
You can delete your SabjiHisab account and its data at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open SabjiHisab and log in.
- Traders: go to और / More. Customers: go to the account screen.
- Tap "अकाउंट डिलीट करें / Delete account".
- Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Email support@sabjihisab.in from your registered address, or include your registered mobile number, and ask us to delete your account. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Traders: your login and profile, and all of your business records — customers and suppliers, daily rates, orders, purchases, credit (udhaar) ledger, deliveries, expenses and reports. Everything is permanently removed.
- Customers: your login, name, phone number and personal details are permanently removed.
What may be retained, and why
- If you are a customer, the orders you placed remain in your trader's own books as their financial record of a real transaction — but they are stripped of your name, phone and address.
- Anonymised, aggregated market statistics (for example total quantity of a crop traded in a city) are retained. These cannot identify you.
- Encrypted backups may retain data for a limited period before being rotated out.
